It would be easy to post a series of professional headshots and give the impression that every part of me is flawless. The truth is, I'm not perfect, but that's what makes me who I am. I'm human, just like you. Through life's trials and errors, I've discovered my true self - an imperfectly perfect human. Because of this, I walk boldly, unapologetically, and confidently in my truth.
As a coach, whether I'm smiling or smizing, changing my hairstyle, or creating my own unique style, I embrace who I am. I take the trip, treat others fairly, seize opportunities, and remain true to myself. With your goals as my priority, I will help you embark on your own journey of self-discovery. You have something incredible within you - bring it out and never look back. Above all, you deserve the right to be authentically you.

Traveling to Cabo was my family's first international adventure together! It was incredibly rewarding to fly with my husband and children to another country and immerse ourselves in their culture. While some might say that managing a blended family is challenging, I believe it's not—because love always wins, always.

When I received my Master's Degree, my husband surprised me with a trip to Costa Rica as a graduation present. I was grateful, excited, and exhausted—earning a Master's Degree while working in Corporate America was no easy task! Nevertheless, I did it, and I was proud of myself. With a plan, your goals are attainable.

I celebrated my 35th birthday on the beautiful beaches of Cozumel. Yes, I wore a crown to the beach! Not just because it was my birthday, but because I know my worth. I soaked up the sun, enjoyed some delicious daiquiris, and felt incredibly grateful for another year.
Every day, I got up and dressed the part—confidence comes from within. Stop worrying about what others will say and wear your "crown" to the beach!

Miami is one of my favorite cities. My husband and I were married there, with an intimate beach ceremony surrounded by our friends and family. In this photo, we needed a getaway, so we took it.
I paired my swimwear with my favorite red lipstick and had a blast enjoying the sunshine! I stopped for this photo simply because I love taking photos! Not everything needs a second guess—do what you like and lean into what you love.
CONFIDENCE IS LIKE A MUSCLE, THE MORE YOU USE IT - THE STRONGER IT GETS! -UNKNOWN

Playa Del Carmen was a dream trip. My husband and I spent late nights on the beach, had endless conversations, enjoyed massages, and dined at authentic restaurants. We connected deeply, embraced our love languages, and cherished our time together. Even when not traveling, it's essential for married couples to constantly connect!

Toronto was a fantastic girl's trip. While I love traveling with my husband and children, I also cherish my girl time. Friendships are important; it's crucial to have solid relationships where love and respect are mutual.
The girls and I specifically went for the annual Caribana Carnival in Toronto, but we also took the opportunity to explore—visiting Niagara Falls was a highlight. It was wonderful to see so many women with diverse backgrounds truly embracing who they are.

I went to Washington DC for a wedding. This picture was taken just before heading out for the ceremony. I was exhausted! After showering and doing my makeup, I decided I needed a quick nap. Instead, I started scrolling through social media and got so wrapped up in the posts that I never got my nap.
We left for the ceremony, and I was extremely fatigued and a bit irritated—mostly with myself. That day, I learned an important lesson: I come first. Don't get so caught up in what others are doing that you forget about yourself. Put your phone down and prioritize your well-being. You can't pour from an empty cup! Unplug and refresh often.
